Company Profile

BIZCOM (NT) Pty Ltd began trading on January the 14th 1994 from Shop 1 Railway Terrace, Alice Springs in the Northern Territory.

In November 2001, BIZCOM relocated to new premises at number 1A Milner road.
This new location offers a spacious showroom, larger workshop, on site storage, improved staff facilities and better access and parking for our Customers.

BIZCOM has 22 full time staff. These include Management, Sales, Service and Administration Staff.

BIZCOM’s product range covers all Computer and Networking requirements, photocopiers (MFD’s), fax machines, printers, shelving and storage solutions and paper-handling equipment.

BIZCOM has an extensive Service Department to enable us to service all of the equipment we sell.
This concept has proven particularly beneficial to the Customer as they feel a greater level of comfort dealing with a larger organisation that has the staff available.
Operationally, this has proven to increase their productivity and to minimise their downtime.
BIZCOM was initially built around its Service Department and this continues to be one of our major strengths.

There are some significant geographic challenges associated with living and running a business in Central Australia and BIZCOM (NT) PTY LTD has the ability and the resources to meet these challenges.

Given the remoteness and the diverse geographic locations of some of our customers, the logistics behind, and the ability to respond to issues quickly are critical.

BIZCOM has earned the reputation as a trusted Supplier and Service provider and this is something that we are proud of and also treasure.

We have a proven reputation for delivery, in all aspects of business.

All of BIZCOM technicians hold certifications from manufacturers and suppliers that demonstrate the comprehensive training that they have undertaken.

BIZCOM (NT) PTY LTD is a registered Microsoft Partner. This gives us significant benefits over other providers in the areas of supplying Technical Solutions, Installations, Software Supply and Support.

We have significant and extensive experience in supplying End to End solutions that can cover Small, Medium and Large business.

This experience includes all aspects starting with the basics, such as Site Inspections, Site Configurations, Equipment Recommendations, Supply, Installation, Configuration and the all-important on-going Support.

We have the ability to tailor any type of Support Package for our Customers.
