Service Agreement

Copier Service agreements can be tailored to needs and requirements of your business. Service Agreements minimize the financial outgoings associated with the Servicing requirements of your equipment. Most Service Agreements cover all the Parts and Labour required to keep your equipment in tip top condition. Some Service Agreements will also cover the costs of the Toners for the equipment too.

The Service Agreement costs are based on how many copies or prints (CPC) you do on the equipment and this information is entered monthly.
The major advantage in having a Service Agreement is that there are no surprise costs as *ALL Parts and Labour are covered under the Service Agreement. The costs of the Toners can be included too, so you are not outlaying several hundreds of dollars on Toners.
